As a chartered physiotherapist Dina has dedicated herself to helping individuals embrace a holistic approach to their rehab journeys, enhancing their physical health and functionality. She has always enjoyed keeping fit and going to the gym however a spinal injury led her to discover the transformative power of pilates. With a passion for precision, she’s on a mission to sculpt bodies and minds through the art of Pilates. Armed with a keen eye for alignment and a knack for getting people to feel the burn in all the right places, Dina’s classes are equal parts challenging and a journey to strength and symmetry.

                    ![]()  GARETHWith almost a decade of teaching Barre, Gareth has been more recently been found on a reformer bed. He is known for his energetic and dynamic classes which will certainly make you feel that Pilates burn. Gareth is a fully qualified personal trainer and reformer pilates coach. With a background in professional dance and musical theatre, Gareth has performed all over the world and across television until recently when h decided to move deeper into the fitness space.

                    ![]()  MICHELEHi I’m Michele, I discovered the joys of Pilates and its incredible benefits back in 2012 after the birth of my daughter. Over time I became aware thar it was helping me maintain a good physique as feel as feeling stronger and more flexible. Six years ago, after dedicating 16 memorable and rewarding years to primary school teaching, I felt the calling to study Pilates in much more depth, seeing it as a great opportunity to help people gain a better understanding of their own bodies and reach their goals. Patience, inclusiveness, connection, creativity…just a few attributes I offer as both a fully qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher. My intention is not just to deliver a class but a rewarding experience, whatever your level!

                    ![]()  KATIEKatie is an Australian who now calls London home. Being an enthusiast of Yoga and Pilates for 15 years, to counterbalance a demanding corporate career in advertising, the physical benefits of Pilates encouraged a career change. Katie completed Pilates Reformer, Matwork, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel (CCB) Instructor training with STOTT PILATES at YMCAfit in London. Katie offers individual adjustments for a personalised experience in her group classes and also welcomes pre or post natal clients. Her aim is to direct students to absorb the full tangible gains while also being inspired with improved mind body connection, alignment, flexibility and strength.

What began as a form of cross-training quickly became an essential part of her fitness and wellness journey. She fell in love with the way Pilates brings both strength and stillness, a mindful counterbalance to the high energy of running, and now she’s passionate about helping others experience that same connection. In her classes, Rosie focuses on creating a well-rounded, flowing experience that works the body from every angle. She loves to teach in a circular style, weaving together sequences that build strength, stability, and control through the body. Expect seamless transitions, creative reformer combinations, and that perfect mix of challenge and calm that leaves you feeling lengthened, grounded, and strong. Rosie’s approach is all about balance, between effort and ease, focus and flow. Her classes are designed to empower clients to move with confidence and most importantly find joy in the process.
