SCULPT // FUNDAMENTALS
This class is designed to help you master the key principles of Reformer Pilates while developing confidence, control, and body awareness. You’ll refine your technique, learn how to move with precision, and build strength, flexibility, and alignment for a well-rounded, full-body workout.
Perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates as well as those at a beginner-to-intermediate level who want to deepen their practice and improve form before progressing to more challenging classes.
Our small group setting ensures you receive individual guidance and attention, making this class ideal for anyone who prefers a steadier pace, is pre or postnatal, or recovering from injury.
A beginners & beginner to Intermediate level class.
This class is designed for those who are confident and experienced on the Reformer and ready to take their practice to the next level. Expect a dynamic, faster-paced workout that builds on solid Pilates fundamentals while introducing challenging sequences, advanced techniques, and creative use of props.
You’ll work to enhance strength, endurance, flexibility, and control, with a focus on precision and flow. Each session delivers a balanced full-body workout that sculpts, tones, and strengthens while improving overall coordination and body awareness.
This class is ideal for clients who are comfortable with the core Pilates principles, can transition smoothly between exercises, and are looking to progress their practice.
Not suitable for complete beginners. Participants should feel confident on the Reformer before joining this level.
SCULPT // INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED
SCULPT // STRENGTH
This high-energy, full-body workout blends the best of both worlds—targeted strength training with weights and the core-focused, flexibility-enhancing power of Reformer Pilates. The class is designed to build lean muscle, boost endurance, and improve posture while challenging both your strength and mobility.
SCULPT // STRETCH
This reformer pilates class is thoughtfully designed to combine the core-strengthening, posture-enhancing benefits of pilates with the calming and flexibility-boosting elements of yoga and stretching.
Using the reformer, you'll engage in gentle, controlled movements that strengthen your muscles and improve alignment, while incorporating yoga-inspired poses and mindful breathing to enhance balance and inner focus.
The session concludes with a 10 minute meditation, allowing you to relax, reflect, and restore your mind and body.
This low impact class is suitable for all-levels, offering a blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in one empowering workout.
